On-site:            Every manufacturer at one time or another has the need to achieve a company-wide understanding of a broad breadth initiative, e.g. becoming Lean; or a focused improvement, e.g. implementing SPC, at a specific machine, to assure process control.            The Continuum Management Group, LLC, possesses the expertise and experience to conduct on-site training, workshop, and education events.

Videoconferencing:            Plan implementation support over several months or a series of training/education events is often unaffordable due to the trainer's/consultant's travel related costs.
           The Continuum Managment Group, LLC, is fully equipped with videoconferencing equipment to substantially reduce travel costs.
           If a manufacturer doesn't own videoconferencing hardware, TCMG, LLC, can lease equipment as part of an education, training, or plan implementation support activity.
           The manufacturer will need to provide conference room space for two 27 inch television monitors and a broadband internet connection with adequate bandwidth to assure full-motion video.
