Who we are: The Continuum Management Group, LLC, assists companies in assessing, planning, and implementing strategies to increase their overall competitiveness while improving the employment experience for their employees.

The Continuum Management Group, LLC, is a limited liability corporation with articles of organization filed with the State of Wisconsin, USA.


Vision: The worldwide adoption of activity-based performance continuums yielding global improvements to the quality of work life and utilization of natural resources.

Mission: Improve competitiveness and quality of work life through the continual reduction of all unnecessary nonvalue-adding direct, indirect, and overhead activities.

Core Ideologies: Respect customers and their employees.
Facilitate alignment by gathering and valuing input from all functions impacted by project work and change.


  Honest and open communications.
Assure clear and complete understanding of all ideas, concepts, and responsibilities shared by everyone involved in continuous improvement and other project work. Apply Pareto to all conversations, Listen 80%, Talk 20%; ask qualifying questions.


  Never accept business for revenue alone.
Only accept business where the owner(s) and/or senior managers actively participate in developing and implementing the improvement plan.


  Fact-based decision making.
Ascertain reliable data and complete thorough analysis to prioritize project work and drive change. Fact-based decision making facilitates the ability to complete root cause analysis and measure ROI of payroll costs, capital investment, and other expenses devoted to individual continuous improvement projects.


  Live by the Vision and Mission statements.
All work activities need to possess a direction connection to the Vision and Mission statements. Validate every new project or proposed change by asking, "Does this proposed project/change contribute to achieving the company's Vision and Mission?"
